Pet care experience
I grew up on a farm in a small town in Southern Alabama where I cared for many different animals. From dogs, cats, horses, chickens, ducks, rabbits, goats, guineas, and turkeys, to gold fish and iguanas. I love life itself and feel that every fur baby should receive as much love as possible from the cruel world. I just recently lost a family of dogs that I raised and trained for over 7 years. It was a very sad experience. I currently only have one dogs of my own but have more than too much love to give. My dog is an American Bully. 6 month old male. Very playful and energetic. His name is Kano! (like from Mortal Kombat…lol)

Being that I have a medium sized dog inside, the way I would care for a visiting pet would vary based on situational circumstances. Initially the first meet and greet would be for me to meet the pet but shortly after I would schedule a meet and greet for the pets. And from there the owner and I would decide together what strategy works best for the pets and for us. But I do have a designated bedroom for the dogs and a spacious, fenced in backyard.

A typical day
I am a very active person so outdoor activities are a must. I love hiking through Huntsville’s beautiful, scenic trails. And Kano enjoys these hikes as well (well to a certain extent). Catch, running, tug of war, and dance footing are a few of my favorites for outdoor activities. After horsing around and a nice hearty meal, belly rubs and a show sounds like a fun filled, typical day, in my world.

Availability
I currently work for myself as a professional cleaner, but my schedule is very flexible. Whenever I am not home my sister is there to look after Kano. If I am responsible for someone else’s pet I would send my sister to complete the job and I stay home to tend to any pet in my care. So there is absolutely no reason to worry,care is available for them 24/7 and can be provided as instructed by owner. Honestly, I am looking to build long term relationships with families and their pets. I also provide cleaning services to families in need for a very reasonable and affordable fee. I am also a caregiver and intend to spread as much love and help as many people or pets along the way.
