For some time Shannon Wagner took care of Sasha, our Himalayan Lynx cat, while we were away. Not only is Shannon dependable, but she really loves animals. That was evident. Sasha is picky but when she heard Shannon’s voice, she’d come out and swish her tail around Shannon’s legs. When we took trips, Shannon would come twice a day to feed and play with Sasha. Of course, she cleaned the litter box ...
Shannon is the best!! A few years ago we had a sudden death in my family, and had to leave town for the funeral on very short notice, but we didn't have a regular pet-sitter. Very stressful situation! Fortunately I found Shannon, who lived nearby, so I contacted her. That turned out to be one of the best things I ever did! We immediately felt comfortable with Shannon, and so did our 3 dogs... even ...
Shannon is a highly motivated pet care griver, I cannot recommend her enough! Shannon is organized, dedicated, and amazing at keeping my Peachy girl in good health and good spirits.
Shannon is great with all animals, and has a special knack for getting dogs to trust and obey her. Although my laundry list of instructions included delicate matters, like Peachy health needs due to her leukemia, Shannon was able to balance everything to the letter ...
Your Pet's New Guardian Angel
I moved to Naples from Cincinnati, OH in 2015. I had a pet-sitting/dog walking business called Pet Angel while living there, and was very successful. I admit I took a break from it for several years because I didn't have a day off for the 3 years I ran the business and went back to a desk job to get those weekends back. However, I learned yet again, I am not a desk job ...
What Shannon would like to know about your dog
If they have any issues with temperament that I need to be aware of. For example, I just adopted a 7 yr.old cocka-poo who is highly fearful and will try to bite most (but not all) men, especially if they wear hats or glasses. Another dog from the Doggie Daycare I used to work in, if you reached for him, anywhere near his face, he'd try to bite. Didn't matter how much he knew/loved you, it was a no-no. Precautions such as this, I'd like to be made aware of. Also, any special treats, feeding routine, words used for going potty, all habits/routines the owner has with the dog, I’d like to know, so I can continue them while they are away. :) I love all dogs so, no breed preferences here!
