My name is Shannon and I'm a married, artist, animal lover and fur mother of three. Our little family includes Paisley, Manny, Grizabella and Arthur. Paisley is a big furry Border Collie/Bernese mix. She is our easy going gal rescued from Dusty Paws. She loves long naps in the sun, leaning all of her weight against you and being hugged. Manny came to us from Greater Californian German Shepherd rescue. We think this fuzz bottom may have a little Aussie in him as well. He's still a pup so his past times mostly consist of running a muck, making friends with everyone he meets and exploration. Grizabella, queen of the universe, cat of the house. She came to us when her previous person suddenly passed away. She loves harassing the dogs, judging from a far and getting hair on fresh laundry. We call her Belle when she's good and the Griz when she's showing off. Arthur Artemus Artichoke aka Artie is a our most recent addition. A second hand lion, Artie takes no guff and will wrestle with the dogs if feeling extra tough. He's taken over the largest dog bed in the house and isn't afraid to bop a nose that gets too close.
