This is the first time I have used a cat sitter for my new kitten/cat (6 month old) and I was traveling for 4-5 days. Shannon met for a meet and greet and was very professional and and you could tell she liked animals (and having animal care experience helps). I was impressed with how fast she was to post cards after her visit to update me with pics and what was done (food, water, litterbox, etc), so she is a very responsive person. Even texting or messaging her on Rover gets a reply no later than 24 hours. I will use her again in the future and in fact my neighbor that has 2 small dogs wants to try her out when he goes away. My pug is 14 but needs someone to take him out on my long work days. Shannon made an effort to meet him before our first walk. She was kind and clearly a dog lover. Dougie loves walks with her. Shannon responds quickly and is flexible if I need to change dates. I’m relieved to have found someone I feel comfortable with letting in my home to care for my fur baby.
