Very responsible at this job. Met all my expectations. Would use again. During my absence, I received pictures of my pets , which assured me they were well cared for and on my return, I found them happy and playful.

We used Shannon for 2 daytime bathroom break visits for our two medium-large dogs. This was a short notice need, and Shannon was flexible and able to come over and meet us within 24 hours of us asking. Our 9 year old dog can be protective of our home and nervous around new people but he instantly took to Shannon and was licking her face before the meet and greet was over! She was very responsible, coming over on time and took great care of our boys. She followed all directions and also texted updates and pictures which we appreciated (and the boys looked like they were having a great time)! We would definitely use Shannon again!
