I have been house/pet sitting for family and friends for a long time; so, when I learned about Rover, I thought, "Perfect"! Whether its for a couple days or a couple weeks, I know first hand how hard it can be to leave behind your fur babies and how important that piece of mind is to know they will be well cared for. It would be my pleasure to ease your mind, while caring for your fur babies to leave you free to enjoy your vacation or focus in those long work meetings. I live an active lifestyle, so I would have no problem keeping them busy and entertained while you are away. I have learned the longer stays get pretty rough because I need to check in on my home as well so I may need to add a little extra mostly because of extra travel back and fourth. I also opened up by mileage range because I had some clients that wanted to book with me that lived a little farther. I am willing to do this but also for a slight increase. I originally had a 20 mile radius but that kinda limited me. I do work part time for whole foods in folsom, so the longer the drive I have the longer I am away when I do work. I've had some inquiries about boarding in my home, I am willing to do so but I am in an apartment. I do have cats that I am willing to keep in my room if dogs are bot friendly to cats. I would like them to be crate trained but if not it may still be workable if they are potty trained and won't damage my home. Its all negotiable: )
