Welcome to Dietz Dog Sitting! As a pet owner, I KNOW how hard it is to leave your fur child while traveling. I am the one who suffers from separation anxiety when I have to travel, or leave my dog for a day. That is why I enjoy pet sitting, to help make stressful travel easier for both you and your pet. I have been avid lover of animals since I was young. I grew up around many cats, dogs, horses, and even chickens and ducks. As a teen, I would often pet sit for family friends at their homes. I have been working with Dogvacay since September 2016 and it's been a great experience! I share our home with a Labrador, Shania, and a cat, Nigel. I live in a ranch on nearly half an acre with a fully fenced in backyard. There is a double-gate entrance into the backyard to ensure safe, dart-free pickups and drop offs. The dogs LOVE running laps around my backyard, and I'm sure your dog(s) will too! My home is located in Springfield Township and has a combination of carpeting, wood, and tile flooring with only six steps from our back porch to the back yard While hosting, I will ALWAYS be home with the dogs and able to send you updates and/or pictures. I do not have any restrictions regarding animals on furniture (Shania is sitting on my lap as I type this), however, if you would like me to follow specific guidelines for your dogs, I would be more than willing to abide.For meet-n-greets we have found it works best to introduce our dogs off leash at Wingfoot Lake Dog Park, which is only a short drive from my home As mentioned earlier, I have a cat. I ask if your dog is aggressive towards small animals, please continue your search for a willing sitter. Nigel does have a gated room he can retreat to if needed, but I will not put any of my animals in harms way. Thank you for your understanding. We look forward to meeting you and your fur babies!
