Everyone who knows me knows that I love dogs more than (most) people. I received my Bachelors in Psychology from UMKC, and have taken continuing education courses certifying me in animal behavior and psychology. I previously managed at a Petsmart Hotel for 8 years and have moved on to a noncorporate boarding facility that is amazing in itself, offering indoor/outdoor 24-hour care, but also that allows and supports my freedom to board pets and provide independent services. I recognize that boarding facilities are not the best fit for every pet. While a high-energy golden retriever may thrive off the socialization, activity, and playtime, it can be stressful and scary for maybe a smaller senior dog. (All hypothetical, but I have seen every example). My family and life is full of nothing but love and dogs. You can ask anyone who knows me, and they will tell you the same. I welcome your pets into my home and treat them as my family. As you are sharing members of your family with me, I am grateful for the opportunity and can assure you that your loved ones will be just as loved while you're away.
