Pet care experience
My family and I have been living with and loving dogs since I was a little kid, so I thought it was only right to extend some help to those who need it! Friends and family have been relying on me for over six years to take their pet in or have me stay at their home while they're away. I enjoy hanging out with and walking dogs at any time of day, and have no problem disciplining them when needed. I pay great attention to detail -- whether that's sticking to your usual feeding or walking time, or performing any extra/special tasks that your pet might need!

Shannon helped us out at the last minute, during the holidays, doing drop ins for our dog Bob. She provided great care and communication while we were away. This is our second time booking Shannon and we will definitely continue having her stay with Bob!
Shannon is wonderful! We could tell from our initial meeting that she has a good rapport with dogs and we felt very confident leaving our dog in her care. We appreciated her excellent communication and quick responses, attention to detail regarding our dog’s schedule/ physical limitations and her willingness to go above and beyond (she watered flowers and kept our house very neat during her stay!) We’ll definitely ask Shannon to watch Bob again!
Shannon’s place has a lovely fenced backyard and my anxious dog felt comfortable with her right away! So thankful to have found her.
My husband and I have a 11 year old female lab and a 10 year old male collie who thinks he’s a lab… 🙃. We have been blessed to have Shannon care for them several times for several days each time. Shannon has a natural love for dogs and her passion for them is evident! She really understands and takes into consideration each dog’s personality giving them the attention they need. As our dogs have gotten older we’ve so appreciated her competency and sincere desire to care and “love on” our doggies! Don’t hesitate in the least to entrust your dogs care to Shannon! I have one friendly dog at home (her name is Pickle and she's the goofiest-looking pup you'll ever see), who stays kenneled when needed. If she's feeling unusually territorial with another dog in the house, I will keep her in her kennel at night or if I'm leaving the dogs alone in the house for awhile. I can also crate/kennel your dog, if that's something that they are used to. Considering that I'm currently home most of the time, I am able to care for the pets in my house with lots of attention. Availability
I am currently unemployed, but looking for a daytime job to cover my expenses. I am free from 10 am - 10 pm to walk or feed pets. At this time, if you need me to stay at your home to watch your pups, I am completely available and willing to be there with them.
