0 stars. There are plenty of people on here who genuinely care about animals and I implore you to book with one of those people. We spoke w a woman but a man was who we left our dog with which was the first red flag. These people were bad vibes from pick up to drop off. All day we were worried about our dog. Upon drop off we saw that there house and back yard was super unkept. They had a dog in a kennel with a sheet over it in a dark and cluttered room. And the guy showed no genuine interest in making us feel confident in his ability to take care of our dog. No updates all day. No pictures or videos were ever given or uploaded despite her saying that she was going to do so. We packed food for our dog and none was given to her. I bet they didn’t even provide water. Pick up was super rushed. It seemed like they just locked her in a kennel all day. Bc her bed smelled like pee and she never pees in her bed or inside at all. These people honestly seemed like they weren’t fit to do this job, upon pick up they looked disheveled and I don’t see why anyone would give them their dogs. Bad vibes. Bad service. Our dog didn’t seem the same when we picked her up. I feel like they may have given her something like an anxiety treat or something which I feel like is a crime or against this apps police at least. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE unless they show that they actually care about doing this job. If not, book with someone who does. Your pets deserve more than what these people provide.
