I am very attentive with animals. I love playing, walking, and cuddling with them. I want them to feel content and secure while in my care. I treat all animals with respect and dignity that they deserve. My number one goal is to provide my clients with a no worry and stress free environment for their fur babies. I will provide all the love and attention that they need while away from their family, whether it be just a few hours, days or weeks! I am home full time, so I can assure you, your pup will get lot's of tlc! Your house or mine? Whichever you're more comfortable with! I am background checked and have references as to my good character and love of dogs. Baby sitting in your home includes spending the night and a great portion of the day. This service is provided for the baby that just wants to stay home. Keep in mind, the fee to stay in your home is a bit more. I also provide care in your home that does not include a sleepover for a negotiable fee depending on your babies' needs. Please contact me if I can be of assistance while you are unable to be home with your baby. Your dog's sleeping arrangement in my home: I have two spare bedrooms. I ask that you bring your baby's bed or blanket so they will have something from home. I do have a crate if that's where they are more comfortable.
 We are flexible and willing to adapt to your dog's needs. Please let me know if there is anything I can do in order to make sure your dog feels comfortable in my home and enjoys his doggy vacation! Administering meds: I am a Medical assistant by trade, so I am completely comfortable giving oral medication along with injections if need be. I will need written instructions/dosage and your Vet's name. 
Please note that there is a possibility we may sit another client's dog the same time as your pet's stay. If you wish for your pet to be our exclusive house guest that is no problem! This was our first stay with Shani and Lily did great. She was given lots of attention and I received updates while I was away. I am so happy to have found a sitter close by who I feel will look after Lily like her own.

Shani did a wonderful job with our dog Olive. She sent updates and pictures to let us know how Olive was doing. Shani made sure all the small details were covered, like vet contact info, feeding schedule and arranging a meet-n-greet prior to boarding to make sure everyone got along. We had a great experience with Shani watching our dog for almost a week during Thanksgiving. We would definitely look at boarding with Shani again!
Shani deserves serious consideration as a reliable and responsible source to pet sit, walk, visit your pet(s), care for them and your home, I recommend her highly. She has a great work ethic and a deep and abiding love and affection for the animals in her care. I find her extremely professional. She seems to have great rapport with all animals. They are comfortable in her presence, even the most skittish of creatures. She will make sure that your animals are comfortable in your absence. Shani works to help the most timid of the animals come around to receive attention and love they deserve. Shani has spent many years in the medical profession, caregiving just comes naturally to her! I have no hesitation recommending Shani as a pet caregiver. I feel completely secure leaving her in control of my pets when I am gone, and know that I will return home to pets that are not stressed out and nervous. From dogs to cats to birds and most of the animal kingdom she takes caregiving serious! It is evident that animals are attracted to her, they just know they can trust her.

A typical day
I am home FULL TIME, so while you are away you can be sure to rest easy knowing that your dog is being very well taken care of, given all of the love and affection he most certainly deserves. We live in a nice neighborhood, so if your pup likes to go for walks, there is certainly a lot to see such as horses, donkeys, goats and lots of curious dogs behind fences! We also have a nearby park to explore! About my yard: I have a beautiful backyard. It is fully fenced-in and perfect for rolling around in the grass, playing fetch, and taking afternoon naps underneath the shaded trees!
