Pet care experience
I have volunteered at animal shelters since high school taking care of animals on a daily basis. I have also had pets since I was little and watched pets for various family members. I currently work for a veterinary hospital and take care of boarding animals from time to time. From feeding, bathing, walking, playing with and loving your pet, I can guarantee you they will be in good hands! Also went to and graduated from Virginia Tech in Animal Science so I have good knowledge. Experienced with all different pet life stages!

Shani is absolutely wonderful with my dog Ace. She's patient, kind, and loving. He loves spending time with her. He's always tuckered out after their long walks, and waits for her at the door. She's pretty much like family now, I don't know what we'd do without her.
Shani is one of the biggest animal lovers I have ever met. She loves every cat and dog she meets, and works excellently with them as well. She is kind, patient, and extraordinary at providing care. She takes excellent care of her own dog and cat, as well as a plethora of other animals. She would be an excellent choice to watch you furry friends whether for a quick visit or an overnight stay.

I would of course love to know if your pet has any special needs or requirements I should know about! If there are certain behaviors about your dog I should know as well, places/things to avoid, their favorite activities, and how they feel about other people or animals! Definitely would love to know if they have any food allergies/restrictions just to be safe!
A typical day
I love to cater to activities a dog specifically likes. While a combination of mental and physical stimulation is always good, I am open to what your pet likes! From a good trip for sniffs, playing fetch and running the zoomies out, to reinforcing any training being done with snackies! I love big open fields or dog parks for walks.

I am currently stepping back, so I am available now throughout the day! This gives me majority of the day to spend with your fur baby! Happy to be flexible as needed and pop in for walks or feedings! Just let me know!
