My family had a Golden Retriever ("Biscuit") approximately the same as as me, and we got her as a puppy! Every since then, dogs have been a big part of my life. My wife and I currently have an adorable Great Pyrnees/Collie/Shepherd/etc. mix named Maggie. Maggie was born in December 2020 and gets along with ALL dogs.

Our pup had a great time with Shane and Maggie, we have never felt so good about leaving our girl with someone and will be sure to be reaching out to Shane again when we go out of town again. Great experience all around and would highly recommend!
Shane and his wife are fabulous! Zoe was immediately comfortable in their home and loved playing with their dog. Shane is a great communicator about logistics and sent photos regularly. We've already booked Zoe's next stay and can't say enough about the wonderful care they provided.

My home has a large, fenced-in yard. We are super close to the beach too, if your dog likes that. I go on walks frequently, so would love to bring your dog along! We have a baby and are with him at all times, but something to note.

Please let me know how your dog is around other dogs, as mine will be around at almost all times. Feeding and sleeping instructions, as well as any special needs are always a must too!
A typical day
We start every day with a walk along East Cliff Dr. or the beach if the tide allows. We have two yards (front and back) to provide plenty of space for playing and lounging during the day! If it's hot, we'll go for a walk in the shady Eucalyptus grove. And Maggie will always be around to keep your dog company (she is SUPER friendly).
