Shana was great! It was my first time using rover and she help me navigate the app. She was reliable and was willing to rearrange scheduling when needed. She even went as far as cleaning up a potty mess and taking the trash bag home with her to avoid odor in my home while I was gone. I received lots of photos during visits. I’ll continue to use Shana in the future!

Shana took good of our Suki and the house while we were out of the country. She sent daily updates and pics of Suki which included her playing and resting (two of her favorite things). Shana was very communicative with us and flexible, especially when our flight arrived almost two hour late, she was able to go back and make sure Suki could eat and go the bathroom. We would recommend having Shana dog or house sit anytime. Thanks for helping take the stress away of leaving Suki for a week.
