Let me start by saying that I have a Rover account but I’m logged in through the app and can’t find my password to login through a browser (akalime@gmail.com). Shaina did some dog-sitting/house-sitting/dog-walking for me this weekend and she did a wonderful job. I have a rather rambunctious dog named Ruckus and I don’t trust many people to put up with his high energy but she did a wonderful job. Shaina came by a couple of days before the appointment to meet Ruckus and see how we go about things day to day. I texted Shaina when I left town and she went on to meet Ruckus and give him a walk. Shaina provided frequent updates along with multiple pictures to show me all the fun that they were having together. Shaina came up with a few ideas for activities that she wanted to take Ruckus on and it was nice to know that he was being well entertained and she was fully engaged. My return trip ended up being delayed so that my return put me several hours past Ruckus’ supper time - no problem for Shaina though - she went back to my house to feed, walk, and entertain Ruckus further. As someone who has been using dog sitters for a couple of years (and Rover in recent months) I fully trust that Shaina would take excellent care of any animals and houses that are left under her care. I will definitely seek Shaina’s help again in the future and more importantly, I will recommend her to anyone looking for thoughtful assistance. Please contact me if I may provide additional info. Shaina watched our dog's for a few days while we were away on vacation. She took great car of them while we were away! She event sent us a few videos and pictures to keep us updated. I also know Shaina personally and she is a responsible and loving dog caregiver!
