Shaelynn was great watching my puppy Zeus. Our original sitter canceled on us very last minute and Shaelynn was very prompt in answering when I reached out to her in need for a sitter quick. She did a meet and greet right away and Zeus seemed to like her right away. I got updates everyday I was gone and got photos too which was really nice. If she had questions she also reached out to confirm which was good too. The only thing I would say is that we have a ring doorbell camera and we saw that she had a friend come over which I usually wouldn’t mind but would have liked to have been asked if it was ok first. Other than that our house was clean when we arrived home which we appreciated. I would totally recommend her and would use her again!

Shae is a very personable, nice young woman. We were very confident in leaving our girls in her care and were pleased by her love of animals. We only gave 4 stars because we returned home to a yard full of poop when we had expected her to pick up after them, and we left tools for doing so. Also, when we returned we found the back door unlocked and that she didn't clean up after herself in several rooms of the house. Petty nit picking yes, and maybe we expected too much. We did appreciate the nearly daily photo updates and the dogs obviously loved her.
