Pet care experience
I have worked with and cared for animals both professionally and non-professionally for over 10 years. As a certified veterinary assistant, I have experience in boarding, administration of medications intravenously, subcutaneously, and orally, pet first aid and CPR, dog walking, light grooming, and socialization skills. My goal is to bond with each and every one of my charges. The bonds I create with them allows me to care for them in the same way their owners would. Loving, caring for, and bringing comfort to my charges while their family's are away is always my top priority and in our home, it's always a family affair! The entire family enjoys new visitors and creating new friendships with all four-legged furbabies who walk through our door. Let us be your pet's temporary BFFs!!

Shadia took great care of our dog Finn and made sure all of his needs were met. She kept in constant communication with me the entire time and sent lots of pictures. I would 10/10 recommend and am sad to see her move away otherwise Finn would stay with her every time we go out of town.
Shadia took such great care of our boy. He got a lot of love and was able to sleep well and eat all his food. Would absolutely recommend to anyone needing to board or care for their pup.
Shadia is the best pet sitter! We love leaving our fur baby with her because we know she will be well taken care of and treated like part of her family. Shadia is very responsive, sends lots of pictures/videos, and makes the entire process very easy!
My dogs absolutely loved staying with Shadia and her family. It was obvious that they were given all the attention they needed. I would highly recommend her.

I have an unfenced yard in military housing, but the neighborhoods are extremely dog-friendly and have lots of paths for long walks with plenty of shade and water breaks in the humid Virginia weather. A spare bedroom in my home also serves to cater to pets who are being boarded. A full sized futon, box full of toys, and occasional treats stay at the ready for charges to rest, relax, and recharge with after a day of play and cuddles with my family.

A typical day
I love to stimulate charges physically and mentally. I typically like to take charges on long walks to explore the new smells in my neighborhood, as well as play in my home with toys and check out the many parks in the area. As a bonus, the local dog park is only a short walk from my home! There, your pet can let out as much energy as they need to keep their focus on FUN!

I am currently a SAHM with school-aged children, so dedicating time to care for and give your pet the attention they need, is my top priority. Lots of cuddles, pets, and outdoor play are always on my daily schedule!
