I am active and attentive.

Pet care experience

After taking a break from Rover, I am so happy to be back and better than ever, ready to take care of your pets to the best of my ability. I am a very energetic, active, respectful and open-minded individual. It goes without saying that I love animals, especially dogs. I also love to run. I am avaible any morning, afternoons, any night (including overnight) and any weekend. I can also care for your dog for longer-than-weekends occasions. I have cared for a Great Dane, 2 Shih Tzu’s simultaniously as well as one at a time, Rat Terrier and a kitten. I have volunteered at multiple events including fun and friendly dog races, adoption events and birthday parties. I have experience in grooming (including nail clipping and ear-cleaning) and working with previously abused or anxious dogs. I am great with puppies and experience feeding and handling them. I look forward to meeting you and your baby(ies)!

Seyna was great- From the minute our dogs met her, they loved her. She is so easy to work with, extremely reliable and communicative. We are so lucky to have found her. Thank you for taking such good care of our boys. Highly recommend Seyna!

I would definitely recommend Seyna as a dog sitter. She was very responsible and accommodating to any requests I had. My dog seemed happy and well taken care of upon returning from our trip. She kept us updated with messages and photos and followed all of my instructions. I feel comfortable hiring her again!

Information Seyna Y. would like to know about your pet

I have absolutely no breed preferences. All dogs are welcomed. I would like to know your dogs personality and prefered ways of being interacted with, any prior history they may have with previous families or experiences so that accommodations can be made and what they like/don’t like. I would like to know if they have any allergies, take any medication, what other dogs/pets they are comfortable around, grooming preferences, feeding schedule (if there is one), walking schedule (if there is one) and specific signs to look for in any action, position, sound or body movement your dog may have. Although I have no professional experience with senior dogs, I took care of my childhood dog in his final days and provided the necessary care. In my current place of employment, they own a dog with anxiety (mostly during rain and thunderstorms), and have administered oral medication when needed. I have also taken care of their pet on multiple occasions, for numerous days. I have an adopted dog that was abused by his former family. He’s happy and healthy now! The dogs I own are doggy-friendly, and love to make new friends. I also own a guinea pig (caged) that doesn’t mind dogs, isn’t afraid of them, and will not bother or harm them. Her location can be moved if needed. Any additional or special needs your dog may need will be provided and respected.

A typical day

Your pet will enjoy walks in the sunlight in respective places, running/jogging, being outdoors and, if allowed, dog parks. The neighborhood in which I reside has tons of parks and cool air thanks to the lakes. Lots of space to roam and have adventures. There would be soothing walks at night under proper weather conditions and if allowed, early mornings after cozy nights sleeping, playing with squeaky toys, bottle-sounding toys, chew toys, etc. If your pet loves playing fetch, there will be plenty of it!
