I plan on following the instructions the client has for the pet. If the pet parent does not want the pet to be off leash or walked in a certain part of town, I will follow those rules. I am particularly about my own dog and her safety so I completely understand where people are coming from when it comes to letting someone else watch their pet.

I need to know if the pet has any special needs, medications, allergies, etc. I have administered many medications to my own dog and cat, so I am aware of some tricks needed to administer those.

I like to play with the pets and keep them engaged with toys or new smells on walks. The more they use their nose, the more energy they use!
