BEWARE! Don’t leave anything you love with this “pet sitter”! My husband and I had planned our first romantic vacation away together and we were looking for someone awesome to look after our adorable dog. After exchanging a few messages and agreeing upon the drop off time, I chose Sebastian against my better judgement. My dog was supposed to stay with Sebastian for only two nights. The day that I’m supposed to drop my dog off to Sebastian he did not answer the phone after four attempted calls. When Sebastian finally answers the phone he sounded confused as to who I was and what dog he was supposed to be dog sitting. We had already discussed our arrangements several times a day for a couple days prior so why he was confused i don’t know. Again, against my better judgement I needed a sitter ASAP so I dropped my sweet baby boy off at Sebastian’s. Sebastian told me he would send me several pictures and videos throughout the days he has my dog just to update me which I thought was nice. After the first day he updated me once, but never sent pictures or videos. Second day the same thing. Just a brief description of the days plans with my dog but no pictures or videos. Trying to enjoy my first-ever vacation with my husband I tried to relax and just trust that someone with “years of experience” would be able to care for my well-behaved small dog. The last day of my vacation I get a voicemail from someone saying they have my dog. Knowing that my dog was now lost and with a stranger I immediately called Sebastian to ask what happened and he proceeded to act as if my dog was still in his care and sleeping next to him! I told him I knew he didn’t have my dog because someone called me and sent me pictures of them with my lost dog. Sebastian then began to continuously text me rude messages demanding that I let him have my dog back so he can watch him until I came home from vacation that night. Already upset that I was unable to come home for several hours and knowing my poor dog was lost running all over the streets because of Sebastian’s negligent behavior made me sick to my stomach. Sebastian blamed my ten pound toy poodle for running away. He took no responsibility for his actions at all. Luckily, I found my dog and he is home safely. But this could have ended entirely different. And I don’t want this to happen to anyone else so please choose a different sitter than Sebastian. There are plenty of other awesome sitters out there but Sebastian is not one of them. Please be advised.

Sebastian was great with Odie. Lots of walks. It took a while for him to respond to my request, but we'll worth it when we connected. I would definitely hire him again.
