Pet care experience
My wife and I have had dogs for 25+ years. Pet sitting provides us an enormous amount of pleasure and satisfaction! We have been active adopters & foster parents for English mastiffs, bull mastiffs and other giant breeds, up to 5 at a time. We are skilled in handling working dogs and giant breeds, as well as smaller dogs! Dogs are our family and pet sitting lets us meet new fur friends. We understand how hard it can be to leave your fur family while you're away, so we do our best to provide a safe and loving home for them until you can be back home! We're very flexible so if the calendar shows unavailable or the rates/requirements don't fit your budget/need let me know and we'll work it out together! I'm always happy to assist with pick up and drop off for you. If you need a house sitter for additional pets I'm often available for that. I have decades of experience with horses and livestock in addition to small animals and exotics!

Any medical or dietary concerns? No breed preferences, experienced with everything from Toy fox terriers up to mastiffs! If there is anything we should know, please tell us, we are happy to deal with potentially difficult dogs as long as we know in advance!
A typical day
We'll walk in old northeast, visiting Crisp Park, Coffee Pot Bayou and North Shore Park. We will also play in our fenced yard which is landscaped with non-toxic, pet-friendly native plants! With your permission dogs can also swim in our large pool! We absolutely love to spend time playing and cuddling with our dog visitors, they'll be well loved and treated like family! I am home most of the time and generally work from home, especially when we have a dog staying with us.
