Pet care experience

I’ve been taking care of my own dogs since I can remember and have always loved spending time with dogs. It doesn’t matter the breed or size, I’ve had a black lab/greyhound rescue and a great dane that I helped my family raise since they were puppies.

He watched our dog Daffy, part greyhound and part black lab, also our Great Dane Mookie, Daffy was over 10years old senior dog with some health issues, Mookie was big and playful young dog. Sean knows how to handle very different types of dog, how to be gentle and play actively.

Safety, trust & environment

I’m very gentle with animals and will pay a lot of attention to your pet when I’m with them. I also love going on walks and know a lot of pretty spots in Boston that are great for getting your dog exercise. I live in a house with a few other animal lovers and since it’s secure and has plenty of room, I will make sure your pet doesn’t feel confined in a small space and allow them to roam while still keeping a close eye on them. I have my own bedroom as well and have no issue letting them sleep in a comfy spot close to me.

Information Sean R. would like to know about your pet

Any allergies or medications are important information for me so that I can keep your dog safe. My family’s Great Dane was allergic to everything from beef and pork to even walking on grass so I have experience with dogs with many allergies. I also have administered oral medication for my own dog several times and have no problem doing that if needed. Another important thing to let me know would be any specific behaviors that may make your dog uncomfortable at any time so I can make sure that they are always content.

A typical day

I know a few really great parks that are within close walking distance of my house and are perfect for getting your dog time outside and space to get their energy out. My favorite park would be Amory Park which is a large and grassy park that will allow your dog to get plenty of playtime in as I keep a close eye on them. My house is also quite spacious and secure so your dog will not feel confined and I love to play games like tug of war and fetch with a ball to make sure your dog is getting the attention they need.
