Pet care experience
*Covid 19 Update* *Fully Vaccinated. Proof available by request* In these unique times, I am available for pet sits. Furthermore, I want to assure you that I always take my health and virus prevention care seriously, as well as that the health and safety of your pets, your home, and you the client. To ensure those standards I wear an N95 rated mask when leaving the home, preventing the inhalation of virus particles. I also carry hand sanitizer with me when out and after touching public surfaces. When I am in your home I try to leave as little as possible to lessen contact and when I walk pets I have my mask and sanitizer as well. When returning from any public space I wash my hands thoroughly. All of this is to ensure your pet is in a safe environment and that you return to a healthy home. Keeping your pets safe is my number 1 priority. Thank you. I've had animals since I was 8. When I was in the military I would befriend my squads K9's. When I'm at a friend's house I get funny looks for having their animals find themselves at home on my lap, at first meeting usually. I've only met two animals that didn't decide that I was their newest friend. Still a good record considering I've rubbed over a hundred fur bellies. I like to think of things from your pet's point of view. So when I come over I understand that I'm the new guy and that it's their home. So I better follow your lead and their pet particulars. It's all about their comfort, especially in the time when you're away. Instead of a stressful new environment, I would rather create a relaxed environment where we figure out where I fit into your dog's (or cat's) day. To help me follow your pet's lead I like to learn about pet body language and subtle clues. Like not overstimulating your cat during play (agitated twitching tail and bristled fur) or knowing the importance of having you (the pack leader) introduce me to your animals (your pack) to show that you approve first. Other than that I can't wait to keep your pets entertained, comfortable, and reassured while you're away.

Sean, thank you for your support as always, my baby boy is happy when he spends time with you and I noticed that you always reinforce his training, I do really appreciated that. Thank you for the treats and see you soon.
Sean, thank you so much for everything.
Sean was awesome! We had a last minute trip, and booked him. He was responsive, great at sending updates, and our dog loved him!! Will definitely be booking him again. 10/10 recommend!!

Safety, trust & environment
At your home I spend the majority of my time with them. My main concern is pet safety (when on walks my full attention is on the pup and our immediate environment), pet comfort (typically on the 3rd day a pup starts to miss their family do I go into pup care overdrive), and keeping the pups schedule in your home as steady as possible. At my home each pup finds a new way to make themselves comfortable in their new vacation spot. But safety is still my highest priority. So food stays put away, or blocked off. If the pup is a known chewer then electronics get put away or out of reach as well. My condo community also has a large lush gated area to walk in. Pups especially love walking through the ivy patches. I also have a patio with a large gate in case the pup wants to hang outside on their own for a bit.

Information Sean M. would like to know about your pet
I like to know any medical issues or fears the dog has. I also discuss favorite treats and any treats to stay away from. Discipline regimen, commands known, if discipline or loose leash is preferred, etc. I love big dogs and have no problems with any breeds.
A typical day
I respect that dogs (and owners) have preferred routes to travel. So I generally discuss with the owner where the dog likes to go. I also realize that sometimes a dog just needs to smell something new.
