I have spent my whole life with no less than 2 dogs in my home at one time. I was raised in a home that had five dogs of all kinds and have spent time in the past at the National Mill Dog Rescue in Colorado Springs playing with and spending time with the rescue dogs there. Every dog I or my family or friends have owned have been rescue dogs so I am used to being around and interacting with dogs that have some trauma or just quirks in their personalities. I currently live with two dogs, my roommates dog who is a mini Aussie, and my girlfriends dog who is a border collie mix, both of which are very kind and amicable dogs who get along great with other dogs but also know when to just leave a dog alone if it is not in the mood to play.
