Scott behaved like he was Caesar Milan himself, he disregarded most the information and suggestions I gave him and elected to follow his own "expert advice" and tell me how I could improve my dog's behavior. Only AFTER the visit did I find out there had been several incidents which could have been avoided had he been willing to listen to any of my suggestions.

Scott has been a great person to deal with from the very first email contact. I ended up having to cancel my trip due to rescues coming in. Scott was to understand and accommodating. Also, as just a coincidence, my father-in-law died a couple days before we had to leave for our trip to San Fran. It just wasn't in the cards for us to go away. Can't wait to work with Scott again. BTW - when he came for the meet and greet, the dogs took to him quite warmly and that says a lot about a person when my dogs are so affectionate with someone asap in my home.
