Honestly I'm doing this for fun and to fill the void left by my buddy of 16 years. He was a Chow/Lab mix and I generally lean towards the bigger kinds. I love dogs but I'm not ready for another commitment of that size right now. Dog sitting for friends is perfect but not enough. I have a big backyard and I work at an open space shop that also has a big yard. The shop has a sweet 2 year old resident border collie (male) and I'd prefer to take your pup(s) to work if that's ok. I won't take a more than one dog at a time unless they're from the same family. I love the walks and live 2 blocks from the beach or dog park (cemetery park if you're familiar and open to it) as well as next door to a middle school which is great for evening fenced in walks.

Scott was great with my dog! She can be a lot to handle and can be anxious when I'm away but Scott worked with her and made her feel comfortable. She seemed happy and healthy when I came back! Scott gives off a good vibe and I think the dogs pick up on that. Thanks Scott!
Scott took amazing care of our 2 pups for a whole week. We were very nervous about leaving our dogs with anyone but soon as we met Scott we knew they were in good hands. His home is a perfect setup for our pups - In fact they didn’t even look back as I walked out the door since they were already outside playing in his big enclosed back yard. Scott was great at keeping us updated with pics and videos daily. We would definitely want to use Uncle Scott again should we have the chance!!
Scott took such amazing care of Boswell over the Christmas holiday - I could not be happier with him! Boz got tons of individual attention - Scott took him on long walks out and about, and sent tons of pics and updates. Scott also took Boz to work with him every day, where Boz got to play non-stop with another dog. He was in heaven! Scott is very clearly an experienced dog owner and long time dog lover. He genuinely cared about our dog and we are so grateful for it! Thanks Scott!
Oh my, I have known Scott for many years and he is such an amazing guy. Every person,dog or animal who meets him, loves him! Scott was one of the most loving dog owners I have ever seen and feel sure he would make an exceptional dog caregiver. Scott puts in 1000% in all his endeavors. He is loving, kind, trust-worthy, knowledgeable, hard-working, very giving and extremely responsible. I recommend Scott highly and without reservation.
