I am a former dog trainer and had worked with dogs on a daily basis. I am good about reading a dog's body language to know if they are happy or if they are a bit upset/uncomfortable. I love working with dogs and find working with them to be a fun and enlightening experience, and a calming one as well! I grew up training my family dogs and now have my own Shiba Inu who has taught me a lot about what to do and what not to do when interacting with a dog and walking them. I would love to walk your dog to nearby parks and enjoy time in the sun with them. Potentially play some ball if allowed!

Schaffer and her husband are great. Attentive. Usually when I come home, my dogs are a bit jumpy, but they were super calm.

Schaffer was my dog trainer from Oregon and she helped me train my pitbull puppy and she was the absolute best! Very calm and patient and always has awesome tips to help along the way! I still keep in contact with her when we have training issues and she's always happy to help. And she has also done fantastic work with her own dog. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for a caring, responsible, positive, patient and fun dog trainer or dog sitter.
Schaffer is the animal whisperer when it comes to the animal kingdom. As a certified dog trainer and her local animal shop she is beyond qualified to watch over your pet. With that said she can easily handle difficult to deal with dogs to the most well behaved pooch. She goes above and beyond anybody's expectations and I would recommend her to everyone.
