I honestly cannot recommend Scarlett. I needed a dog sitter for my two dogs for a weekend trip; when I met Scarlett she was really nice and the dogs responded well to her. We discussed the details of my trip - I was leaving at 6:00AM on Friday morning to fly out and I would be back on Sunday around noon. She told me that she had an event on Friday evening, but that she would get to my dogs before the event after she got out of work. Friday evening, I still had not received any communication as to how my dogs were doing. When I followed up, I found out that she had not gone to my house and was at her event. My dogs had been inside for 14 hours by that point. Considering Scarlett works at a vet and has her own dog, I was shocked and livid. She said she would attend to them after her event ended (after 9pm) and I asked her to let me know when she was at my house. At 9:45, I still had not heard from her; I tried calling multiple times where I received the response "Sorry, I can't talk right now." I was in another state, unable to do anything to help my dogs, and Scarlett was unresponsive. By that point, my dogs had been inside without care for 16 hours. I ended up frantically calling friends to see who could help out to ensure that my dogs would be properly taken care of.

Scarlett is amazing!! We have booked with her several times over the last two weeks for drop ins and will definitely continue doing so. She is very reliable, friendly, and attentive to Paxton. She goes above and beyond while caring for him and provides us with plenty of feedback. We are very pleased and highly recommend Scarlett. :-)
