Hi there! I'm Sawyer and I want to be your baby's new bestie. I am a dog daycare attendant and grooming assistant by trade and am currently studying animal and veterinary science at URI. I have a full year of vet tech experience so animals of all walks of life are completely within my wheelhouse. I have cared for all kinds of pets since I could walk and now I have my own zoo at home with everything from dogs and cats to hedgehogs and rats! I would absolutely love to become your fur baby's new best friend!

Sawyer has always been amazing with dogs and cares so much about the safety for them. She's had so much experience with dogs whether it's training, dog sitting, cleaning them, etc. She really puts her love and the safety for dogs before anyone and they are a huge part of her life. Sawyer is so patient and so nice, I wouldnt recommend anyone else but Sawyer.
Sawyer is a conciencious and responsible dog/animal care giver! She is caring and loving towards all kinds of dogs and is able to handle canines with difficult or unique personalities. Her knowledge of dog training is apparent in her interactions with my dogs and she is able to lovingly keep them in line and safe!

All breeds, mixes, sizes and ages are totally fine with me. With me, the more specific you are about your dog and the care they require the better. I have worked with dogs that have disabilities and medical requirements and will not shy away from that sort of thing, but please let me know the finest details of your dog's care requirements so I can be sure to keep them safe and happy. As far as behavior, I would love to know about your dog and their needs. Are they dog friendly? Do they pull on the leash? Are there specific words or phrases you use to communicate with them? Are there any problem areas with their behavior I should know about? (limited contact, resource guarding, accidents in the house, jumping etc.) I am more than willing to work with your dog and their unique needs, please don't hesitate to mention them.
A typical day
Walks and outside play are a must in my book! Of course, each dog is different and I definitely take that into account, but the perfect balance of snuggles on the couch and games out in the sun for your dog is my plan. I have tons of skill reading dog and animal cues, so each experience is catered to what your baby needs!
