Pet care experience
Hi there, I’m Savannah! I’ve lived in LA for 5 years now with my own pups, but also grew up with 5-10 dogs at all times, since my mom was a breeder for fun :) I joke that I was raised by dogs! I am very comfortable sticking to routines, playing with + walking your pup, administering pet medications, handling overnight stays, or even just providing additional care that some pets may need. I have a 5.5 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel myself, but consistently take care of friends’ pups of allllll sizes. Large or small breeds, I’m your girl!

Savannah is an incredibly trustworthy, friendly, and responsible person who clearly adores animals-- I couldn't recommend her more! With years of experience caring for dogs, she's very good at handling, enriching, and training all sorts of pups. I'd have Savannah care for my dogs and house in a heartbeat; she's simply the best.
I have known Savannah for three years and I cannot say enough about her and her love for dogs. We’ve had nothing but great experiences with her- and we also have doggy cams. She’s always so eager to help out and clearly adores our pups. We have 1 lab mix and 1 cocker mix. Savannah and I spoke about her one bad review and she genuinely opened up to us about something that was going on with her family at the time. So please make sure to understand every situation and side of a story. Don’t hesitate to give her a try, can’t say enough about how helpful she’s been to our little family.
Our experience with Savanah did not go as well as we had hoped. She seemed very nice and our dog seemed to like her. We requested that she stay nights at our home since our dog had ACL surgery a few weeks before. After a few days, we became concerned due to the activity (or lack of) on our outside cameras One day she spent less than 1 hour at our home and only stayed 3 nights out of 7. One morning she stopped by at 1:23 am for 7 minutes. We finally called a neighbor to go check on our dog. We had been boarding our dog at a local kennel, but thought it would be best to keep him at home due to his recent surgery. Due to the circumstances, we could not recommend Savanah to others. .
This was our first experience using Rover, and we were so pleased with Savannah. We specifically selected her because of her experience with Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, but I think we should be great with any dog (big or small). She stayed overnight with our pups and sent several pictures/updates along the way. She was more than happy to play with our fetch-obsessed pup. We would definitely recommend her for dog watching/house sitting!

A typical day
I love to take care of dogs but also to mentally and physically stimulate them through activities! I play with toys, take them on long walks to the beach (or even runs for the high energy pups!), snuggle them, and will do enrichment activities with objects and pet friendly foods (like frozen veggies, pumpkin purée, peanut butter, etc!). They’ll love our time together… and so will I!
