About our home: We are a loving family consisting of my husband, Michael and I (Savannah)...with plans of children soon. We love to travel and understand how stressful traveling, or working long hours, can be when you have 4-legged furry kiddo/s, we strive to make the process as stress free as possible, and you can rest assured, knowing we understand how important it is to leave your beloved dog in good hands while you are traveling/working - we promise to provide a safe environment for your dog, filled with love, care, music, fetch and fun! I (Savannah) am a stay at-home, allowing your dog/s to be in constant care, with access to a large fenced backyard to run around and play. I am active, I love to go on daily walks, depending on what works best for your dog and trips to the dog park nearby. Our dogs/kids: We have 3 very sweet Golden Retrievers; Brooklynn (7yrs.), Kingston and Hudson (both 4yrs.). All our our dogs are wonderful with other 4-legged friends; they love to play, but they also enjoy lounging/relaxing around the house. They all absolutely love to play fetch and prefers that above everything else. They are always happy to make new 4-legged friends and love when we have other dogs stay with us! Our cat: We have a friendly indoor cat. She will stay in the upstairs bedroom area, where only humans and cats are allowed! ;) Because of this, if your dog doesn't get a long with cats, it's no problem at all. Why I love dog sitting: I have always had family dogs growing up. My husband and I decided it was time for me to stay home to start working on our future family and new home. We toyed with the idea of me getting a part time job just to keep me active and that's when I discovered Rover...where not only our dogs could have constant play mates but because I didn't really know what it was like NOT to work, this was a perfect compromise where I could help contribute the family while we love on doggies!! Dogs have always been a huge part of our lives, and I am so happy I get to stay at home and love on doggies!! About my yard: Our backyard has a large patio as well as a large grassy area, it is completely fenced in with a 6 foot privacy fence. We have many trees offering an abundance of shade. Your dog will love running around our backyard and will enjoy a front row show to squirrel watching! My experience administering medication I will be sure to administer your dogs medications meticulously according to your directions. Our own, Kingston, is allergic to the world and I have given him many different types of medications over the years...in may different ways :-) Please note that we are open to all breeds, as long as they get along with other dogs.
