I’ve helped take care of dogs for many years. I have helped friends, family, and coworker with their dogs. I have stayed at their houses to pet sit while they have gone on vacation. I have helped take care of my own dogs. I have a German Shepard and a pit bull. Every time I go to anyone's house I always end up greeting their dog before them, because of how much I love dogs, and I always joke that I love animals more than people. I currently work full time at a hotel and my schedule is different every week. If someone needs me on a certain day I would have to know at least a week before just to let my boss know I need that day off. With my dogs at home I usually just let them out when it’s time to go potty, but if they want to go for a walk I put their leash and collar on and we go for a 10 minute walk up the Subdivision. When I am helping a family member or friend if usually depends on where they live if I will take the dogs for a walk or if they are in an area that they just want me to let the dogs out I just simply let them out! I like to ask the owner every time how exactly they would like me to take their dog out. If they want me to take them on a walk or just let them out to go potty.
