Pet care experience
I have experience with all kind of pets from household animals to small farm animals. Currently I own a cat trained to respond/come to her name and a rabbit I'm training to use a litter box and to respond to her name. In the past couple of years I've been walking my grandma's dogs (a small older mixed breed and a rough collie) and the family dog (a great pyrenees and lab mix). In the past I have also job shadowed a certified positive dog trainer for a couple of months. I also helped train the family dog from when she was a puppy to about a year old using the methods I learned from the dog trainer. I'm comfortable with handling a wide variety of dogs.

And they in turn feel the same way about her. My collie and mixed spaniel simply adore Savannah, and get so excited when she comes to visit. I have been happy to leave them in her care when I have traveled, knowing they are getting great care and love. She often walks them for me and gives them loving pets. A typical day
I can go from walking around the block to hikes. On my free time I love to hike and take long walk around parks. I personally don't jog that much as I love to take my time to observe the nature around me, but I can definitely go jogging if the dog requires a bit more of a work out.
