Pet care experience
I am passionate about caring for animals and improving their lives by meeting their individual needs. In addition to dogs, I have experience with a variety of pets, including exotic mammals and salt water fish tanks. I always try to maintain as much normality for your pet as possible. I like to stay consistent with your regular feeding schedules, behavior expectations, and exercise to help your pet cope while you’re away. I have experience with special needs pets and am comfortable caring for your pet in whatever way meets their needs. Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns you may have. I would love to know as much as possible about your fur baby! The more I know, the better I can meet their needs while you're away. What's their energy level? Are they on a specific feeding schedule? Should they sit before receiving their food or going into the dog park? Do they have any aggression towards other animals that I should know about? Are there any behaviors you want me to help with while I have them (basic commands, leash walking, etc.)? These are the main things that I try to address when caring for any animal.
A typical day
I love to maintain as much normality while you're away as I possibly can. This includes reinforcing schedules and training. I'm also more than happy to take more energetic dogs with me on a jog, to the dog park, or on a hike!
