I firmly believe pets are family members. I currently have 3 dogs of my own which I take to either obedience training, puppy playtime or the dog park a minimum of twice a week. I have cared for and groomed friends and families dogs since i was about 8 years old whenever they would go camping or out of town, i am now 20. I have always been the one responsible for family pets my entire life. I have experience administering medicine, light grooming, potty training, basic training and obidience training. I believe every dog no matter the breed, can be a good dog. I have experience with many breeds from chihuahuas, chesapeake bay retrievers, pitbulls, masstiffs, dobermans, labs, boxers, poodle mixes, and many more. I have tons of experience with extremely high energy dogs as well as elderly and laid back dogs who need a lot of extra help. I am a stay at home mom with one child who is one year old. I am home every day all day. I am not available on weekends because i dedicate this time to my own dogs. I would love to have a long term set schedule so i can become familiar with your dog and what makes them the most happy and comfortable. However i do not mind having a flexible schedule with your dog. I intend to mainly puppysit, and only board for well in advance scheduled boarding or emergencies. At my home, i have a large, grassy, fully fenced yard with a kiddie pool. The kiddie pool is cleaned regularly and there are water bowls out which are cleaned daily. I have lots of toys and 3 of my own dogs which can be seperate or keep your dog company. My dogs are all very well socialized with people, children, cats and other dogs of all ages and sizes. My dogs are very friendly and love to play. Your puppy can receive experience around children, puppies/dogs, and cats if you so desire. I do have a seperate gated off area inside my house for extra cold/hot or rainy/snowy days which you may decide if your dog will be allowed in. If your dog is my only dog that day i will take them for a long walk but i will not leave other peoples dogs alone to walk one. There is a dog park nearby however i prefer not to take other peoples dogs depending on their behavior. There will be another adult here half the day who adores dogs as much as i do who can help love on and exercise your dog.
