Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of pets since I was 9. I have been a pet lover all my life. I’ve had birds, cats, dogs, guinea pigs, bunnies, mice etc. I have been active on Rover a little under 1 year and have various references, just ask! Our yard was the perfect place to let our clients dog(s) enjoy running around off of a leash in a safe environment. As of now I am currently focusing on walking dogs, house sitting, and drop in visits. However, I will make exceptions for boarding and daycare for well socialized dogs and puppies during this interim. We own a 7year old female Siberian husky, Angela. She has been decently and will require a meet and greet if your pet is staying with us. I am comfortable offering my services to all breeds and sizes regardless if they are neutered or spayed, but will turn away any pet that shows aggressive behavior toward me where I don’t feel safe. I have experience caring for both very tiny dogs like tea cup chihuahuas, snub noses dogs such as pugs and French bulldogs, as well as a variety for of larger dogs/breeds such as Great Danes which I’ve listed above. I’m more than happy to walk your dog as well! If anyone needs their pet bathed, I’m experienced giving baths and doing grooming as well. For cats, rest assured I have plenty of experience and love for cats as well. I’m very careful and loving and will treat your pet as my own but take care of them in the manner you request. You can expect any pet I watch to be spoiled with love and attention :) I currently work from home and make my own hours which allows me flexibility with your schedule as well! Just let me know your needs and we can work out the best solution for your pet. Currently I am offering services outside of my home. If I am to house/pet sit, you will find that I am very tidy and will be sure to treat your home with respect. I have reference for house/pet sitting available upon request and have an extensive background check provided via Rover on my profile. As far as care, I will be sure to follow your instructions and make sure they are loved on!

Meeting Savannah was a blessing. I needed to go on a 2 week work trip, after I had moved my cats into a new home. I was really worried they would run off. She was the cat whisperer. Both of my cats are shy and run from people, but right away they both came to her and after 5 minutes she was petting them. I knew my pets, my home, my personal property were in excellent professional hands with her. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs pet care.
We found Savannah on Rover and are sooo lucky we did! 5 starts!!! She not only allowed us to enjoy our week vacation in peace she took care of our fur baby as if he was her own! I met her a few days before to ensure my puppy and her were comfortable, and not only was her yard just as amazing as she described she was a true dog whisper. Savannah was so gentle and loving towards him I knew instantly she was a great fit! I would get a daily update and pictures everyday on vacation which i didnt ask for (bonus) I even mentioned at the end of the week Patch was a better trained puppy because of her! Im so thankful for Savannah for taking care of my puppy! Its so hard to trust someone you don’t really know, and Savannah made it so easy!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I have one little dog - a Pomeranian - and one big dog - a pitbull - and they have very different needs and personalities! Savannah intuitively knew just how to cater to each. She was attentive, loving, cautious and followed my requests to a T. Overall, she was very responsible and caring. I'd recommend her to anyone and I'll definitely be using her servicesagain! A typical day
I love to take dogs on walks and play. If you have a special walk or go to that you prefer, I am happy to take your fur baby where you feel is best. Otherwise I have some favorite spots depending on distance that I can take them. When I walk clients dogs it’s a time to relax and let them smell the roses :) if you’d like me to jog with your dog, I’m happy to do so as well!
