It would be ideal to know what kind of temperament your dog has, your house rules regarding the pup, and any other pertinent information that will make the experience not only worthwhile for you but for your fur baby (or babies) as well.

Depending on the dog(s) and their energy level(s), how I engage with them varies greatly. For high-energy pups, I love to go on long walks in the community or find a nearby dog park (if it is okay with the owner) to have a large open space to play fetch and socialize with other dogs. For pups with less energy, I enjoy small activities in the house like tug-of-war or playtime that involves wholesome chasing/teasing.
