Pet care experience
I have always been passionate about animals and when in my care, they are my top priority. I am certified in Pet First Aid & CPR and have worked in a dog shelter handling rescue dogs. My main goal is to make the animal as happy and comfortable as possible. Dogs in my care will experience nothing but love and joy through fun activities with me! I know each dog is different so I will tailor my care towards each dogs specific needs. Animals are my passion and I hope that shows through and attracts dog owners looking for a motivated and focused sitter. I currently have a 15 month old so rover is all I am doing for work at the moment! That being said your animal is going to be getting my full attention! I am very active outdoors with my baby and would surely bring your pup with me wherever we are exploring. I know that our animals are like children to us. Your animal and home will be treated with the utmost love and respect. You are trusting me with your baby and home and I would never jeopardize that trust! When staying in your home I can also offer cleaning services and will always pick up after myself.

Savannah was great with my anxious dog. She took the time to get to know him on his terms, and understood his temperament and behaviors. Before long he trusted her completely and gave her kisses and cozied up for snuggles. I was impressed with Savannah's professionalism, experience and patience.

Savanah was great! She played with Silvia a bunch and looks like they had a lot of fun! She was running late one day so the next day she stayed for over an hour playing and giving my dog great exercise! WIll hire her again :-)

As the owner of a rescue dog I have faced countless struggles and hardships regarding my dogs previous background with abuse and neglect so will accept and love any dog no matter the history. I am not afraid of a dog with potty issues, just ask that I am informed so I can properly prepare with potty pads/more walks/longer potty breaks. I own a pit bull so am very aware of the breed stereotyping and how there is no truth to it. I am willing to love and care for any dog no matter the breed or temperament!
A typical day
As a Vermont native I know all of the best hiking spots, fields to run in, and beaches to swim at. I also know some great trails for dogs who must remain leashed!
