Pet care experience
Currently I am a preveterinary student with lots of animal care experience. I was raised on a ranch with horses, farm animals, dogs, cats and even reptiles and ferrets. I have experienced in puppy and dog training and have some veterinary care hours under my belt. I also foster animals from the humane society. I work the night shift at the Veterinary Teaching Hospital in Pullman in the ICU department. Most of my days are spent with my pets or animals I’m taking care of while I am studying for college. I do have classes during the school year. I live in the upper unit of a duplex with a large back yard and a large fenced in deck. Everything in my apartment is dog and cat proof and I am willing to watch you animals at your house as well. My schedule for over nights usually consist of frequent walks and potty time and playing in the backyard.

Sasha was great with my high energy pup! I was nervous about him being boarded for the first time. She was very good at communicating and sending pictures of my boy during his stay! We would use Sasha again for future boarding!
Sasha was a great sitter! Highly recommend using her if you get the chance. She was friendly, communicative, and I could tell she really loves animals. Will definitely be using her again in the future.
Sasha took great care of my doggy Alvin while I was away on a ski trip! Communication was prompt and Alvin was happy and tired when I got back.
Sasha was great with Hodge. She sent me updates and pictures which made me less anxious about leaving him. I got back a super happy pup!

I have a fenced back yard and can easily crate overnight pets of necessary. Since I do live with my own dog, it is necessary for all stays to be dog friendly.

Information Sasha R. would like to know about your pet
Due to the outbreak of the new viral canine respiratory disease, I have set precautions in place for the safety of my own dog. Temporarily I am requiring all potential boarded dogs be quarantined at least 5 days before their stay from other dogs and public dog spaces and be fully vaccinated. Additionally, I am also not having meet and greets with my dog at this time and he would be separated from yours during the stay. If you are ok with these temporary precautions, I would still live to watch your pets! INFO FOR DROP OFF/ PICK UP : My “hours of operation” are from 8:00am - 9pm, so please schedule drop offs and pickups between those times. Please schedule it as an exact time. If you are running late, please text me so we can reschedule if we need to.
A typical day
My dog loves to play fetch and tug of war so I am very familiar with fun outlets for energy. We go outside and walk to the park up the road and play there.

Availability
Due to my overnight job schedule, my day times are very open with a few classes during the day and catching up on sleep and assignments. I am able to send updates on your pets every couple days and when requested to make sure everyone feels comfortable!
