Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of dogs all my life and have a loved Golden Retriever back home in Vermont that I trained! I always took dogs on walks or looked after them all over my neighborhood since I was young, and now would love to give some time to your dogs here in Salt Lake. I am always going on my own walks or runs or hikes around the city so would be happy to have a furry friend to accompany me. Or if your dog wants to head to the dog part I’d be happy to take them, even if they love to sit in the AC at home and have someone there I would love to help!

I live in an apartment complex that allows dogs and we have a beautiful courtyard where many pets walk around and enjoy the day. If I am at your home, I will happily stay outside with your dog or let them out anytime they need. Whether that be on a leash or in a fenced in yard!

If they are friendly with other dogs, people, kids, etc. also knowing if they are okay off leash or not is a really important fact!
A typical day
I personally love going on walks / hikes so having a dog as a responsibility will help with that as well! With the heat in the summer, I have been taking dogs to wasatch hollow park that has a stream in the shade that’s perfect. Or to any reservoirs and sitting in the shade!
