I even came to get my dog early and it was clear he had been crated the entire time. Upon getting home he chugged water as though he’d received none for the entire stay. Sarah and her husband clearly did not take care of my dog, which is the entire point of this app. I can only imagine how much worse it’d have been if he’d been left with them for the entire time. They acted like the entire process was a huge inconvenience and clearly didn’t actually do anything expect put my dog in a crate for the entire day seemingly with no bathroom or water breaks. Do not use them if you want you dog to be taken care or and safe. They didn’t outright abuse my dog, but the most definitely didn’t take care of him during his stay. Don’t let them be awful to your dog, like they were to mine.
