Wonderful! So happy that as our first time using Rober, we found the perfect sitter for our Luna! We received frequent updates with videos and pictures of Luna and her other doggie friends. It was such an engaging and wonderful environment for our energetic pup while se were away. I can imagine it was a fun filled vacation for our Luna like it was for us! Thank you, Sarah & family for taking such wonderful care of our girl! Definitely will be calling on Sarah again!

Sarah did a wonderful job with our dog Kira, but bc this was her first time away from home, Kira experienced a very bad case of separation anxiety. She was fine up until it was time to go to sleep. Sarah was very patient with her and tried everything ( sitting next to her, stroking her, taking her for walks, etc) but was not able to get Kira to settle down (she was pacing back and forth, howling, etc). She messaged me at around 3:30am to let me know that she was concerned as Kira looked very distraught and uncomfortable. She was willing to keep her til morning but we thought it would be best to pick her up. Sarah never gave up and was very sensitive towards Kira's needs. We will try to slowly acclimate Kira to Sarah and will be setting up several playdates and will hopefully work our way up to overnight stays.
