I have years of experience pet-sitting and dog walking for neighbors and other community members, whether they're away on a trip or just need a helping hand. I love animals and I have experience with dogs of all sizes, ages, and breeds. I'm familiar with how distressing it can be for a dog to be separated from their owners, especially when a kennel turns out to be the next best option. Dogs need attention and companionship, and I want to do everything I can to provide that for your pet while you're away. I'm also a runner, so if your dog is energetic, I'm happy to take them on longer walks/runs on trails. I can't host animals at my home at this time, but I'm able to make frequent check-ins and walks throughout the day as needed. If your animal gets nervous in a house all by themselves, I'm very happy to stay overnight with them in your home to make sure they feel comfortable and safe. **Covid Update** Since cases are spiking in NM right now, I'll only be taking requests in the Los Alamos and White Rock area. I'm only offering walks and not home-stays, unless you're someone I know or if I've taken care of your pets before. I'm following our governor's guidelines re: wearing masks at all times, avoiding large gatherings, and staying home except for essential trips. Unfortunately, I can't walk dogs for anyone who is not also following these guidelines. Thanks for your understanding!
