Pet care experience
I am big on communication and want to serve you and your pet the best I can, understanding his/her personality, exercise, and dietary needs. My family and I have 3 dachshunds, one of whom is my heart. He recently obtained his "canine good citizen" certificate and is very friendly; I would like to make him a therapy dog. I have house sat for multiple friends who have dogs and children and am happy to provide love, play, and reassurance to your pet. I would like to know what commands your dog knows such as "leave it" and whether or not your dog has a regular route s(he) is accustomed to. I would also like to know about triggers and allergies. I look forward to serving you!

Sarah did a great job with my 5 dogs, even my little autistic boy. We got daily reports, often with pictures. The dogs were well fed and she spent extra time with them as requested.

Sarah did a fantastic job house sitting for us. She was very communicative and very conscientious. She got along beautifully with our animals and followed all of our (very numerous :)) instructions. Our dog and cat were in great shape and much less frantic than usual when we got home after a 5 day trip. The house was in fine shape - I couldn’t even tell she’d been there. I highly recommend her!
I have had the pleasure of knowing Sarah Tveit these past 10+ years. She is an honest and trustworthy person with a great capacity for empathy and caring. There have been many instances where, upon being out of town, I have entrusted my home and my furbaby Sam, (Parsons Russell Terrier) to her care. While Sam was an absolute cutie pie, he came with some behavioral issues. He didnt take to most people but he absolutely loved Sarah, in fact I have yet to see a dog or cat she couldn't charm. Sarah always was very thorough and considerate in continuing the training regimen and routine we had in place to address his specific issues. We had specific routes for potty walks and others for exercise time. Sam always had a great time with Sarah, she would send me photo and video updates of their play and outings at the dog beach. He got plenty of extra walkies. When I came home my house was always wonderfully cared for as well; mail brought in, plants watered, dogs bedding clean etc. I highly recommend Sarah to care for anyone's pets and home. You would be hard pressed to find another individual with as much dedication to always doing the best job possible.

A typical day
Each dog has his/her own personality. The youngest dachshund in our family, Loki, is very clingy and will follow his walker anywhere. My dog, Whiskey, is used to his usual routes, enjoys taking his time, and loves to sniff around and explore his surroundings. Other dogs are extremely excitable and need their walker to move at a fast pace.
