Hello! I am a recently graduated fine artist/graphic designer hoping to earn some extra income and meet some new furry friends. I am compassionate towards animals and currently have a thirteen-year-old pet cat named Binx (see pictures). I grew up caring for my pet Beagle for twelve years and have looked after Chihuahuas to Great Danes. I have fairly flexible availability with reliable transportation, and can potentially be available short-notice. I've had animals all my life including hamsters, guinnea pigs, gold fish, hermit crabs, and of course, cats and dogs. I am happy to care for and cater to any pets in need, I send 1-3 updates per day for house sits and use Rover cards to update you for any walks/drop-ins. We arrived in Michigan for some work and we brought our travel cat. I’m so happy we found Sarah on Rover. First, she came over to meet him and make sure he would be ok with her, which is amazing. Second, we were going to be gone for an entire day and Sarah was so accommodating and helped us figure out a visit plan where our cat wouldn’t feel too lonely. And third, she sent me pictures and detailed updates with each visit and ensured our cat felt safe, comfortable, and that our house was in good shape. When we got home, he was in a good mood, so we are absolutely happy with Sarah and will reach out to her again when we visit next time. Highly recommended!!
Sarah was fantastic! We were so nervous about leaving our skiddish GoldenDoodle with someone new only one week after moving to Michigan. But, the minute we met Sarah, we knew Ollie would be in good hands. Sarah was great with keeping us updated while we were out of town getting married! She was very patient with our stubborn dog who likes to pull on walks, and she gave him all the cuddles he needed! She was also great with taking care of our new home. 10/10 recommend!
Sarah did a nice job with our dog Dusty. She was reliable and seemed very comfortable with the dog. We would definitely use her again.
Sarah is such a great dog/house sitter! We've had her over 3 times now, and our dog Honey is always happy to see her. :D She takes care of Honey's medication, does walks, and leaves our house in super-clean condition! Our interview with her went so well - she likes to be prepared, and she asked a lot of questions about Honey's care. We trust her completely, and I definitely recommend her for a sitter to walk your dog or stay in your home.
