Pet care experience
Dogs love to go on a smelling adventure and I love to walk and spend time with them. Spent 18 years at a desk and now want to be outside with man's (and woman's) best friend. For overnight stays or for extended stay with pet I'm willing to travel much further for the job. I like cat's, birds, fish and tortoises as well! I helped take care of dogs for my parents on the farm and in the house. In college I took care of a elderly arthritic dog for two weeks for a friend and took him to his vet appointments as well. I moved to SC in 2016 to serve in AmeriCorps in Pickens County. My previous dog sitting experience through Rover was in my home state of Missouri.

Sarah did a great job taking care of our dog, Buddy. She took him for numerous walks and spent quality time with him. She was always responsive to our questions and our need to see pictures of Buddy! She took great care of our house. We were gone for over three weeks. She did a great job. This was the second time that Sarah dog/house sat for us. She has my highest recommendation.
Sarah was great - both in taking care of our very special dog and also in taking care of our house. We were away for 19 days and from the very first day Sarah understood how important it was to us to hear about how things were going and to send pictures. She went above and beyond in making the transition with us leaving a good experience both for us and for our dog. She took great care of our house. I would recommend Sarah for dogsitting/housesitting without any reservations. We already have her scheduled for our next trip.
Sarah let me know when she arrived to take care of our "babies". She also let me know during the evening that everyone had settled in for the night. She contacted me know the next morning that all was well as she was leaving. When we got home our "babies" were not stressed out that we had left them in someone else's care. That is the best recommendation that I can give anyone that our "babies" were content. I would recommend Sarah.
Sarah is an animal and people lover. She does a lot of volunteer work and goes beyond to do a good job. If she were your sitter the pet would be in the best of hands. My dogs love a visit with Sarah and her personal attention.
