Keeping your dogs happy and healthy
Pet care experience
I was the primary caregiver for my family dog (a chiweenie from the Humane Society) until I left for college. After college, I moved in with my friends, my dog, and 3 golden retriever puppies. It went exactly as you’d imagine, in the best way! Because of this experience, I feel comfortable managing multiple dogs. I am also big advocate of respecting both big and small dogs’ boundaries. I work from home with a flexible schedule. There are some days where I have more meetings than others, but I’m happy to work with you to find a time that works for the both of us I take a dog-first approach. After making sure their basic needs are met (water, food, and walking), I like to gauge the level of energy of your dog to see if they would like alone or play time. Their needs will always come first and will have my utmost attention whenever they are in my care.

Information Sarah S. would like to know about your pet
At a minimum, it’s important for me to know your dog’s socialization habits, eating habits, and general energy level. It’s also important for me to know when and how often your dog eats and walk so I can make sure to maintain their normal schedule. Please let me know if your dog has a history of aggression towards both people and other dogs so I can be aware on walks.
A typical day
I like to start each visit/walk with a walk to determine the energy level of your dog that day. I like to focus on letting them explore the world with their nose. After the walk, I try to gauge your dog’s needs that day, whether that means play, cuddles, or alone time.
