This is my first time using Rover. Jack (my baby) is a rescue dog, and was abused and neglected, for over a year. It took several years for him to be fully comfortable with me. Jack and I met with Sarah, several days before the two days I went away. He seemed to like her from the start, as did I. A very personable woman. I left Jack with Sarah, and I was nervous, being a stranger was going to be in charge of his care. Sarah not only followed all of my suggestions she went above board. Anytime she had a question she was on the phone asking me. See sent pictures all during the two days I was away. The day I came to pick up Jack he was very happy in his appearance. He came over to me, and then went over to Sarah. Any parents who went to pick up their kids and get that look like I’m not ready to go yet. I give Sarah five stars, and would recommend her to other pet owners. Next time I need a sitter I will drop Jack there without a care in the world. Thanks Sarah

I’ve lived with Sarah before as her roommate and we had cats as well as my dog in the house. She’s so caring when it comes to even my dog and she’ll do anything. My dog has a collapsing trachea so Sarah went out of her way to ask her step mother (who’s dogs also has collapsing tracheas) if she has any extra medicine or anything and she was able to get an extra nebulizer to help my dog. She’s the type to bring an animal in if she sees them outside in the cold or if she can tell they need help. She’s the most caring individual I know when it comes to animals and I wouldn’t doubt she’d be a wonderful pet sitter, dog walker, etc.
