Dogs, I believe, are also a girl's best friend! Caring for your pet will not be treated by me as just a job, but more like a play date for me and your pet. :) Any chance I can get to play with a furry friend is rewarding in itself! I will give your furry friend the love, care, and exercise that it needs to feel safe and happy as though another member of the family were caring for them! I have had years of experience taking care of animals as my family has always had a dog in the home that I took care of and raised from a puppy with my mom. I am certified in Cat and Dog First Aid and CPR and will bring to every home visit, a bag of bandaids, etc., should the need arise to take care of your pet before vet care is required. If there are any obedience commands that you are in the process of teaching your pet, I am willing, if needed, to reinforce any commands with your pet while you're away. I've had lots of experience training pets and working with dogs to help them learn some fun tricks as well as making sure they are physically cared for. Any training I give will consists of only treats and lots of praise and love! I do not offer grooming services but I would love to brush your dog's coat for you during the visit if requested. OVERNIGHT STAYS: My overnight rates are for NIGHTS only. I range overnight stays from a maximum of 12 hours at a time. Understand just like a hotel, this is only for the night and not a full 24 hour period. As an extra service however, I can stay longer and adjust to what you need for your pet. If you would like walks or drop in visits as apart of the overnight stays, that will be an additional cost. WALKS: I am more than happy to walk your pet for you and while I do accept dogs of all sizes, for walks specifically, I do not walk dogs over 90lbs unless they are properly leash trained (know how to "heel" and do not pull or lunge towards other animals). This is for your dog's safety so that you can rest assured your dog is being cared for in the best way possible. DROP IN VISITS: This service is mainly for inside the house/yard playtime or feedings including a potty break if necessary. Your pet will remain on your property for this visit unless you choose to add on a walking service. Please note that all of the services listed on my page are each individually priced and do not include any package deals. Different sitters may have different ways of pricing their services. However, if walks are needed along with overnight stays, I provide a discount of 15% off each walk if included with overnight. I am a very cautious, attentive, and caring companion to have around your puppers! Rest assured they will be happy and well taken care of when you come home to them!
