I have 20+ years of animal handling experience. As a previous registered veterinary technician and Animal Shelter Director i understand canine behavior and enjoy working with pets of all species ,breeds and ages. I particularly enjoy being able to spend time training dogs to walk well on the leash and approach other people and dogs politely. I am experienced and capable of providing medications to your pet and enjoy spoiling them as well. I am all about making your pet comfortable whether they come to my home or i come to theirs. I currently have two cats in my home and enjoy volunteering in many ways with rescue organizations in the area. We highly recommend Sarah as a pet sitter! We reached out to Sarah to watch our 5 year old Vizsla after he had a bad experience at the boarding option in town. Our dog, Diggs, LOVES people and thrives on being able to have extended contact daily with a pet sitter when we're out of town (instead of the short, rare chances at the Boarder). Having Sarah watch him while we were on vacation was a HUGE blessing. He loved having her to hang out with! Sarah was fantastic at communicating with us as well.... we loved getting pics of Diggs playing outside or snuggling up for the night while we were gone.
Sarah is a wonderful pet sitter! She has a very accommodating schedule and works with you if you have special instructions. All my animals have needed medications ranging from chewables to pilling cats and she has done wonderful. She even sent us a special momento when one of our cats passed away suddenly. Recommend 10/10!
Sarah cared for our Doberman, Gabriel, as if he was her own pup. She worked during the day and in the evening stayed at our home to care for Gabriel. She has experience with large breed dogs which made her the perfect person to look after Gabriel. She took him on walks, played in the backyard and took care of him just like we would. We were able to fully relax on vacation knowing he was in good hands. Gabriel loves when Sarah comes over - I’m not sure he misses us one bit when we are away. I would recommend Sarah to anyone needing a dog sitter.
Sarah did a great job with Wrigley. He’s not the easiest pup and she was patient and gave me daily photos and updates. We will definitely use Sarah again. Thank you for giving us piece of mind so we could enjoy our trip.

Availability
I work M-F 7:30-4:30. I do provide overnight house sitting services but I do not stay with your pet 24/7. I can stop over on lunch breaks for pets who need more frequent potty breaks. A typical overnight stay includes me being in your home from 5pm till 7 am. I am free most weekends and major holidays
